Here is the second edition of "How To Make Crepe Paper Costumes" (copyrighted 1925).

I am uploading this rare booklet because Kodak's even more rarer 1928 "Junior Scenarios For Home Movies" script book suggests it for making the fairy tale costumes.

The copyright date of this "How To Make Crepe Paper Costumes" is 1925 but was likely printed later.  The "Party Magazine" advertised on the inside front cover had its number 1, volume 1 first issue printed for January - February 1927.

Scanned directly from the original at 600 dpi and lightly Photoshopped. All half tone images were individually descreened and the contrast curves were slightly adjusted on all pages.
